This time of year always brings me great joy as well as an awareness that the year is winding down and I better hop on any final goals I want to accomplish before the close. In other words, I tend to push on myself. But this year has been about trying to live differently, trying to live kinder to myself, gentler in the aspect of truly nourishing my mind and body and thus my spirit.
So with all this hustlin’ let us remember to take moments of grace… of deep breaths… of looking up and admiring the autumn sky, seasonal changes and our loved ones.
