MicroblogMonday #9: Be Gentle

Be gentle with yourself and others. Today that is enough. Emotionally, we are overwhelmed by it all while trying to make sense of a new normal. We are experiencing a high level of stress and grief.  These are tough times.  We are tender.  We don’t need another thing to do or feel bad about. Being gentle is enough.
