I think a bowl of nourishing soup and a fresh salad is better than a year’s supply of toilet paper and streaming news right now.
Don’t let the frightened herds and constant new feeds fuel your fears. Separate the facts from a steady stream of mis-information, repeated and often unsubstantiated statistics, and things you have no control over (like outbreaks in South Korea). Know the facts. Do what you can in your life, for yourself and your family to stay healthy.
…..and sing a song when you wash your hands. The hands get much cleaner and it will make you at least smile!

So sensible…Thank you for the reminder, Cherryll. How’s Marc? Sending you both a warm smile.

Doing much better, thanks for checking. And yes, we’re both eating lots of soup these days.

Thank you, Cherryll, for a voice of reason and humor in this situation. I have to say that this panic is more disturbing than the thing that is causing the panic. Cancel flights and events. Close colleges. Shut the doors of business. At what point do those people lift up their heads and go, “Hmmmm. Maybe we should re-book and re-open”? I appreciate you!

Thanks. We all need to look at facts and put some perspective on this.
