In my morning journal on Monday, I wrote my daily intentions to feel happy and productive, and decided to give up my 5 pm wine. Later that evening, I reflect I’m happy, and less productive as I’d planned….and I enjoyed a nice glass of wine. A good day, don’t you think?
Each morning as I journal, I write out 3-5 things to focus on and do. Here is Monday’s list. This is typical for me. Best intentions are often fall victim to the energy later in the day. What I have learned is the day can be good even when it zigs and zags from the original goals or intentions..and I am ok with that.
